Occupational Therapist

JCAHO accredited Critical Access 25-bed acute care hospital in southwestern Wisconsin is seeking a part to full-time OTR.

Responsibilities include:
Provision of evaluations & quality patient care to a varied inpatient & outpatient clientele; patient care and support of contractual arrangements with area entities; & further development & satisfactory operation of an occupational therapy program. Must possess a Wisconsin OTR license, possess the ability to transfer, lift, turn, or assist; be able to push, pull, or lift up to 75 lbs.; exhibit strong interpersonal skills; be organized; & demonstrate flexibility.
