$25,000 Donation to Chapel

The Fritz family knows the importance of supporting their community. Brothers Bruce and Dave Fritz believe a strong community is based on smart businesses and supporting organizations that serve as a resource to help them achieve success. "And Grant Regional is just one of these resources," explains Bruce Fritz.

He and his wife Sue have lived, worked and raised a family in Lancaster and have seen the hospital grow over the years. "When we heard of the opportunity to assist Grant Regional in adding a chapel, we wanted to get involved right away," agrees Bruce and Dave. "What better way to give when you know it could all come back to help you or your family someday? Health care is one of those things we all take for granted until we need it. Having a space for peaceful reflection or a moment of prayer can be very powerful and we’re so honored to be able to assist with that," explains Dave and his wife Lois. 

Donations like these are accepted through the hospital’s Foundation. Other activities include the annual Golf Outing in June, the Memory Walk with personalized bricks or pavers, health care scholarships, Club Scrub, grant writing, and community tours.
