Thursday December 8th - 11:30, Noon: ALDI Finds + Hearty Soup Demo

Join the Wellness Committee for a presentation of some healthy & inexpensive gems from ALDI. (Presentation has passed but slides can be found below!)

We will feature a number of delicious but healthy ingredients and snacks that you can purchase from ALDI and discuss some comparisons to other products and what makes them healthier! Along with this, Trisha Morgan will be demonstrating cooking a healthy but hearty soup. All ingredients can be purchased at ALDI as well. Cups of the soup will be provided while supplies last! The presentations will be held on Thursday, December 8th at 11:30 AM and again at 12:00 PM in Education Center A & B.
