Welcome Baby Zoe! 1st Baby Born in 2023 at GRHC
Zoe Lynn Higgins, daughter of Brandy & Dallas Higgins, was born on Wednesday, January 4th, making her the first baby born at Grant Regional Health Center in 2023. Mom and baby are patients of Dr. Kim Perttu. Coincidentally, Brandy was also the first baby of the new year when she was born in a hospital in California! Zoe will be welcomed home by two sisters, Isabella and Anastasia, and one brother, James. Her parents shared that Zoe is the grand finale to their family! Brandy works at New Horizons and Dallas works at Skyline Homes. They live in Fennimore, WI. Zoe weighed in at 7 pounds and 6 ounces at birth and measured 19 inches in length. She will likely be showered by gifts from her grandmas, Selena Morris and Mandi Straub – and in the meantime she is surrounded by wonderful donations from local businesses to celebrate her as the first baby of 2023 at Grant Regional Health Center! Congratulations, Higgins family!
