Cost of care

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services (CMS) guideline

CMS announced updated guidelines for hospitals to comply with the Transparency Requirement of the Affordable Care Act. Effective Jan. 1, 2019: hospitals, including critical access hospitals, are required to make available a list of their current standard charges to the public.

The link below is a list of all billable line items provided by GRHC and should be used as a reference only. The cost of a procedure is the total sum of many billable line items included in our fee schedule. To estimate what a procedure will cost, a Business Office representative must be contacted as there are multiple billable line items for any given procedure. For questions, please call 608.723.3204.
