Grant Regional Health Center is pleased to welcome Dr. Dale Chilson, Board Certified Ear, Nose, Throat and Facial Plastic Surgeon. When you or your child experience conditions affecting the ears, nose or throat, you can trust us to provide expert medical and surgical care.
Grant Regional is excited to offer Otolaryngology/ENT services locally so patients won’t have to travel great distance to receive this important service for their family. Dr. Chilson has extensive experience providing both surgical and minimally invasive treatment options for the ears, nose and throat to ensure positive outcomes with minimal down time.
Our services include prevention, diagnosis and treatment of children and adults suffering from:
- Sinus infections
- Sinus disease, Nasal Polyps
- Chronic allergies, inhalant allergies, food allergies, hives
- Frequent respiratory illnesses
- Head and neck cancers
- Ear infections
- Nasal obstruction
- Hoarseness, swallowing issues and throat cancer screenings

We recommend conservative treatments when possible, but we also have experience performing a wide range of surgical treatments, including:

- Balloon sinuplasty
- Ear surgery (ear tubes, repair holes in ear drums, otosclerosis)

- Nasal surgery, including septal reconstruction and turbinate reduction

Dr. Chilson works closely with our audiologist to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art audiological testing for patients of all ages including:
- Adult and pediatric evaluations
- Hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Balance disorders (including vertigo and dizziness)
- Tinnitus evaluation and therapy
