Grant Regional Community Clinic is dedicated to serve as the frontline in medical services to your employees. They are always willing to go that extra step to ensure that your needs and the needs of your employees are taken care of with the utmost confidentiality in mind. We offer the following services through our program:
- Basic Physical.
- DOT Physical.
- Vision Screen.
- TB Screen.
- Tetanus and diphtheria vaccine.
- Hepatitis B vaccination (three visits).
- Musculoskeletal disorder (MDS) evaluations.
- Industrial medicine clinic.
- Work related injury and illness treatments.
Our lab department with the latest technology is capable of providing same day results with all non-DOT drug screens or provide as a collection site for DOT drug screens.
In house screening available with 10 panel testing of the following drugs:
- Tricyclic antidepressants.
Other testing or screens available through the lab are:
- Breathe alcohol testing.
- Cholesterol screening.
- Blood glucose screen.
- Blood lead testing.
- DOT Drug Screen Collection Site; this is arranged with a drug testing company of your choice
