Nicole Frei—Massage, Skin Care, Reflexology

Meet Nicole, Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Aesthetician, PTA

"I enjoy helping people decrease stress, increase relaxation and improve their health."

As a massage therapist, aesthetician and PT assistant, Nicole has a mindful, nurturing touch and a calming presence. She enjoys offering individualized treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal and reflexology to promote deep relaxation. She also helps her clients to look and feel their best by offering facials, skin care treatments, sunless tanning and more!

Nicole graduated from Capri College Massage Therapy School of Dubuque in 2012 and passed the National Boards to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Nicole also attended Southwest Wisconsin Technical School of Fennimore in 2014, completing the aesthetics program, and passed Wisconsin state boards to become a licensed aesthetician. Nicole returned to SWTC to complete the Physical Therapist Assistant Program and received an Associate of Applied Science degree in 2016 and passed the Wisconsin state boards to become a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.

Nicole offers massage, deep tissue, prenatal and reflexology as well as additions to massage such as aromatherapy, cupping and hot stones. She is also trained in facials, body wraps, microdermabrasion and sunless tan application.

Nicole lives in Lancaster and enjoys spending time with her fiancé and three children.

Meet Tonya, Licensed Massage Therapist, PTA

"I strive to give each client my very best. My goal is to make them feel special and valued as a customer and as a person."

Tonya is passionate about continued education and committed to improving her techniques to better serve her clients. She enjoys offering her clients the ultimate pampering and relaxation with special attention to individual needs. She specializes in hot stone work, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and infant massage instruction.

Tonya completed an Associate's Degree in PT in 1991 and went on to complete her Diploma of Graduation from Capri College in Massage in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a minor in healthcare management at Siena Heights University (Michigan) in August 2017. Tonya has also completed many other continuing education courses to improve patient experience and add programs to the hospital offerings.

In her spare time she enjoys gardening, canning, hiking and other outdoor activities. In addition to that, she also spends time scrapbooking, sewing, and enjoying family, friends and grandchildren.
