Ashley Oberbroeckling—Acupuncture, Massage
Meet Ashley, Licensed Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist

Ashley specializes in the treatment of pain, sports injury and women's health. She attended an extensive 4 year Graduate Program at Northwestern Health Sciences University where she received her Master's in Acupuncture. She uses acupuncture, Tui-Na, Cupping, electro-stimulation, and Gua Sha therapies to safely and effectively get her patients out of pain, lessen anxieties and back to health.
Ashley is board certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (NCCAOM) and also licensed in the state of Wisconsin to be an acupuncture practitioner.
She takes a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of pain. Ashley offers acupuncture, food therapy, massage, cupping and tui-na manual therapy to alleviate pain. Ashley also strongly believes in integrative medicine and works closely with a select group of MDs, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and other specialist to comprehensively treat and eliminate pain and dysfunction after injury.
She focuses on using acupuncture as a first-line treatment to prevent surgery, or if surgery is necessary, helping to reduce pain and speed rehabilitation post-operatively. Ashley controls and minimizes symptoms in Women's Health from painful menstruation, anxiety, and also complications and discomforts that go along with menopause. Ashley's experience in diversified clinics in Minnesota has given her the knowledge and expertise in order to treat many health issues.
When Ashley is not at work she enjoys being outdoors and running around being silly with her daughter, Bailey. She enjoys cooking, being with family, and de-stressing with a good daily workout at her and her significant other, Brian Straka's gym in Lancaster.
Nicole Frei—Massage, Skin Care, Reflexology
Meet Nicole, Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Aesthetician, PTA
"I enjoy helping people decrease stress, increase relaxation, and improve their health."
As a massage therapist, aesthetician and PT assistant, Nicole has a mindful, nurturing touch and a calming presence. She enjoys offering individualized treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal, and reflexology to promote deep relaxation. She also helps her clients to look and feel their best by offering facials, skin care treatments, sunless tanning and more!
Nicole graduated from Capri College - massage therapy school of Dubuque in 2012 and passed the National Boards to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Nicole also attended Southwest Wisconsin Technical School of Fennimore in 2014 completing the Aesthetics program and passed Wisconsin state boards to become a licensed Aesthetician. Nicole returned to SWTC to complete the Physical Therapist Assistant Program and received an Associates of Applied Science degree in 2016 and passed the Wisconsin state boards to become a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
Nicole offers massage, deep tissue, prenatal, and reflexology as well as additions to massage such as aromatherapy, cupping, and hot stones. I am also trained in facials, body wraps, microdermabrasion, and sunless tan application.
Nicole lives in Lancaster and enjoys spending time with her fiancé and 3 children.
Tonya Schlueter—Massage, Reflexology
Meet Tonya, Licensed Massage Therapist, PTA
"I strive to give each client my very best. My goal is to make them feel special and valued as a customer and as a person."
Tonya is passionate about continued education and committed to improving her techniques to better serve her clients. She enjoys offering her clients the ultimate pampering and relaxation with special attention to individual needs. She specializes in hot stone work, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofacial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, and Infant Massage Instruction.
Tonya completed an Associate Degree in PT in 1991 and went on to complete her Diploma of Graduation from Capri College in Massage in 2001. Bachelors of Applied Science with Minor in Health Care Management, Siena Heights University (Michigan) August 2017. Tonya has also completed many other continuing education courses to improve patient experience and add programs to the hospital offerings.
In her spare time she enjoys gardening, canning, hiking and other outdoor activities. In addition to that, she also spends time scrapbooking, sewing, time with family and friends and grandchildren.
Dee Northouse—Massage, Skin Care

Dee's skill and attention to detail shine through every treatment she performs. By establishing trust with personal attention to her clients' needs and requests, she strives to help them achieve their ultimate skin care goals. She is passionate about skin care and educating her clients. She also enjoys providing her clients with the healing and relaxing aspects of massage.
Dee joined Grant Regional Health Center in April 2009. She received her Aesthetics degree from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in Fennimore and her Massage Therapy training at Capri College in Dubuque, Iowa. Her previous work experience includes Wild Clover Day Spa in Galena, Illinois. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine excitement for her field of expertise to her role at Grant Regional. Dee is happy to meet with clients to discuss any skin care concerns or how massage therapy can improve their health and well-being.
In her spare time, Dee enjoys being with her family. She loves to go on adventures with her husband, son and daughter. They enjoy snowmobiling and being in the great outdoors!
