MyChart/MyUnityPoint is a free online tool to access your medical records, send messages to your health care team, pay your bill and more. MyChart is completely free for patients and can go with you wherever you are. MyChart can be accessed by web browser, or via the user-friendly MyChart app for Apple or Android devices. (Note: If you have not yet set up your MyChart account, please click the blue Sign Up Now button).
Pay your bill online. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your Grant Regional Health Center medical bill. You will need your account number (shown as Guarantor ID), which can be found on your statement. By using your credit or debit card, making a payment is fast, easy and convenient, and can be done 24 hours a day.

Is Grant Regional Health Center owned or affiliated with Unity Point Health?
Grant Regional Health Center is not owned by UnityPoint Health. Our only affiliation with Unity Point Health, is that they are our electronic health record vendor used for the MyChart® Epic® patient portal system as of February 20, 2022.
If I already have MyUnityPoint account with a UnityPoint Hospital, do I need to create a new account?
No, if you already have a MyUnity Point account with a Unity Point Hospital you will be able to access the same features as they relate to Grant Regional Health Center. Local UnityPoint hospitals include UnityPoint Finley in Dubuque, IA, or UnityPoint Meriter, in Madison, WI. Grant Regional Health Center is not a UnityPoint hospital, but we do work with them as our vendor for MyChart. If your account is not linked properly, we can help.
Is MyChart / MyUnityPoint Health Secure?
MyChart® is a secure website maintained by Epic Systems Corporation that helps you conveniently organize your health information and connect multiple MyChart® accounts from multiple organizations. Grant Regional utilizes MyUnityPoint as our electronic health record vendor for the Epic patient portal system. MyUnityPoint is owned and operated by UnityPoint Health and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy as directed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by MyUnityPoint or Grant Regional Health Center.
