2026 Diabetes Education & Support Group

Join us for Diabetes Education & Support Group

We are excited to offer an informal group with a monthly topic and speaker. There will be time for questions, and time to share insights and personal experiences with diabetes. This group is FREE to the public and we encourage family members or caregivers to join us.

The goal of our Diabetes Education & Support Group is to provide education and practical tips related to the prevention and management of diabetes. Anyone who has pre-diabetes, Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, or those who care for someone with these health conditions may attend.

This support group can serve as a social network. It can provide emotional support, or a way to share your experience with others.

Registration is not required. Simply enter at the Main Entrance at Grant Regional Health Center to reach the Monroe Conference Room.
