Our facility offers high quality state-of-the-art rehab equipment, including separate outpatient and inpatient/swing bed gym areas. Our services extend from outpatient services to skilled inpatient, swing bed, schools, and home health services.

Together we can aid recovery from injury, illness and surgery; coping with a life-long disability; and acute and chronic care, among other concerns. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists can help patients heal and regain as much of their normal function as possible and improve their quality of life.

Occupational Therapy

If an injury, disability or illness is affecting your ability to perform everyday tasks, Occupational Therapy can help. We work closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan with the goal to maximize their independence and participation in activities of daily living or essential job functions.

Occupational Health

Our team focuses on your health and well-being and provide care for work-related injuries and illnesses. As part of our commitment to the health of our local businesses, we offer employment-related medical exams, hearing exams, drug testing, workers’ compensation injury treatment, onsite ergonomic assessments,
and more.

Cardiopulmonary Rehab

Our program is certified by the highest standards and guidelines by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Services include treatment of specific heart and pulmonary conditions: heart attack, angina, cardiac surgery, such as coronary bypass or valve surgery, heart failure, or peripheral artery disease (PAD). Our program can help patients make lifestyle changes that may improve their health and reduce the risk of future problems through supervised exercise sessions and health education.

Speech-Language Therapy

Do you have communication, swallowing or voice difficulties? Our speech-language pathologists can assess, diagnose, treat and help prevent communication and swallowing disorders for ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. Speech-language therapy will help patients develop and maintain the ability to speak more clearly, understand and express feelings and thoughts, improve feeding and swallowing

Sports Medicine/Athletic Training

Our sports medicine team helps prevent and treat athletic injuries and chronic problems that may affect athletic performance. These services include athletic training, sports physicals, concussion baseline screening, first-aid treatment at local sporting events and injury prevention education. We also treat orthopedic related injuries in the hospital Rehab department.
