Grant Regional Health Center Names Radley Kamps Chief Operating Officer

Grant Regional Health Center (GRHC) is pleased to announce that Radley Kamps, PharmD, has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO). Kamps has most recently held the position of Pharmacy Manager at Grant Regional Health Center since March 2021.
Through a detailed process, Radley was one of the top 4 interview candidates selected from an impressive list of 31 applicants. The interview process included discussions with Administration, Medical Staff, and Department Managers. Kamps was selected because of his proven leadership qualities and passion for ensuring high quality patient care. His promotion to COO is a testament to his unwavering commitment to our hospital's culture and strategic goals.
During his time at Grant Regional, he has focused efforts to enhance pharmacy operations that led to exceptional patient care and positive outcomes. He has also been involved in GRHC’s cultural transformation through his leadership and participation in employee-driven teams to enhance the patient and employee experience.
Kamps’s professional career includes serving as Pharmacy Manager at Walmart in Delavan, WI, from 2006-2021 and he has since continued to gain knowledge and experience with his leadership role within Grant Regional Health Center.
