Biography
Rachel Loeffelholz is Family Nurse Practitioner. Rachel has been an RN with Grant Regional Health Center since 2016, and after graduating with her Masters of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) she joined the Family Medicine team at Grant Regional Community Clinic in 2022. She has continued to advance her education and is now also serving patients in Orthopedics and Interventional Pain Management through the specialty clinic.
"After spending many years as an RN in a variety of settings, I understand the importance of listening to my patients. Creating therapeutic trusting relationships is a key component of my practice. I believe it is important to acknowledge each person’s individuality while providing compassionate care, educating patients and families, and striving to promote healthy habits/ preventative care for individuals of all ages."
In addition to caring for patients at Grant Regional, Rachel also proudly serves as a volunteer EMT with the Potosi EMS. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors and partaking in hunting, fishing, or hiking. She also keeps busy with her family farm.

Family Medicine:

- Acute care and chronic illnesses
- Health screenings
- Medication mangement
Orthopedics:
- Chronic and acute management of musculoskeletal injury and disease
Interventional Pain Management:
- Acute and chronic cervical, thoracic, lumbar back pain
- Trigger point injections
- Workup and follow-up for ESI/RFI/Nerve Stimulators
- Acute headache and migrane management
- Botox injections
