Our beautifully remodeled birthing suites, fully funded by the community we share, were a labor of love and designed to deliver a comfortable, welcoming experience for your little one's arrival.

We are excited to announce our renovation is complete. The remodel features beautiful birthing suites with enhanced technology, modern touches and comfortable furnishings.

Grant Regional Health Center Foundation launched a community campaign in fall 2019 with the goal of raising $500,000 to complete the obstetrics (OB) renovation. Last year, they surpassed that goal and raised over $510,000 for this project, which is entirely funded through community donations and grant funds!

Spa-like, private birthing suites. Our beautifully decorated rooms have been designed with care and comfort in mind to enhance the overall patient experience.

New features, more space. A new private triage room has been added to allow for non-stress testing and more.

Enhanced technology. All birthing suites feature enhanced monitoring, emergency equipment and state-of-the-art security.

Well-planned details. When it's time for delivery, suites are converted for delivery within seconds, and our flexible rooming-in policy allows parents and baby to spend as much time together as they wish.

Family-friendly spaces. We encourage family and friends to take advantage of our comfortable family waiting room.

Nutrition station. Beverages, ice and snacks are centrally located and available to patients and their families 24 hours a day.

Each spacious, spa-like suite has been transformed with thoughtful details and enhancements, including:

• Soft lighting, warm woodwork and large windows.
• Spacious, private bathrooms with whirlpool tubs.
• Comfortable new gliders and sofa sleepers for overnight guests.
• New newborn bassinets.
• Wireless fetal monitoring.
• New flooring, finishes and fixtures.
• Newly painted walls and updated ceiling tiles.
• Options like nitrous oxide for a more comfortable, relaxing delivery.
• Well-planned details to quickly convert a suite for delivery

Education classes and support

Prenatal education. Classes to prepare for labor and delivery as well as early parenting classes.

Breastfeeding support services. Our lactation counselors provide guidance for mothers just learning to breastfeed and for moms who struggle with breastfeeding after leaving the hospital.

Personalized care plan

Each birth is unique. We will listen to your hopes and wishes and help you create the birth experience you want—from decisions about medication and anesthesia to creating the most comfortable and caring atmosphere for your labor and delivery.
